Well, Italian urologist Dr Maria Cerruto researched the effects of high heeled shoes and boots on 66 women under the age of 50 and found that those who wore two inch heeled shoes and boots had the equivalent good posture of those women who wore flat shoes and boots and had less ‘electrical activity’ in the pelvic muscles.

Having less electrical activity in your pelvic muscles might not sound so special, but it means that your muscles are at an optimum position, which could in turn help strengthen your pelvic muscles.  Investing in two-inch heeled shoes or boots could then improve your sex life as your pelvic muscles are responsible for assisting sexual performance, as well as supporting your bladder.
